Zaika Games builds its games — Inlay and Fireflies — with a simple principle: your device is yours. Neither game collects, stores, or shares your personal information. This policy covers both, on every platform we publish them — Apple’s App Store and Google Play — and every Zaika game after them.
What we collect
Nothing. Our games have no accounts, no sign-in, and no analytics or advertising software. We do not track you, and we do not build a profile of you.
Data stored on your device
Each game saves your best score, your progress, and a few settings (such as your music, sound-effects, and haptics preferences) locally on your device, using the standard storage its platform provides. This information never leaves your device and is removed if you delete the app.
If you use your platform’s own backup or device-transfer feature — iCloud backup on iPhone and iPad, or Auto Backup on Android — your operating system may copy that local data to a new device on your behalf. That is between you, your devices, and Apple or Google. We have no access to it, and it is governed by their privacy policies rather than ours.
Network access
Inlay on Android has no internet permission at all. It is declared removed in the app’s manifest, so the app is structurally incapable of reaching the network — not a promise we are asking you to take on trust, but a property of the app itself.
On iPhone and iPad, our games make no network requests for advertising, analytics, or tracking of any kind.
Purchases
On iPhone and iPad, our games offer optional tips as in-app purchases. These are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment details. Apple’s handling of purchases is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
On Android, Inlay has no in-app purchases of any kind. There is no billing software in the app at all, so there is nothing to process and nothing to report.
Children’s privacy
Because our games collect no personal information from anyone, they collect none from children. They contain no ads and no external links inside gameplay.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, we’ll update this page and revise the date above.
